Type of Event: Wedding Ceremony & Reception
Location: Little Bear Village Golf Club, Columbus Ohio
Becky and Bill started their wedding celebration with a lovely cocktail hour that featured:
- Gourmet Fruit and Cheese Display
- Butler Passed Coconut Shrimp with Paradise Sauce.
- Passed Champagne Flutes
We then followed the cocktail hour with a gorgeous catered buffet and carving stations as they wanted to keep things simple and beautiful.
- Cucumber Apple Salad with Fresh Dill
- Fresh Rolls and Butter
- Mahi Mahi with Pineapple and Papaya Chutney
- Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Pan Sauce
- Sweet Potato Casserole ala Sandman
- Grilled Vegetable Assortment
After a delicious dinner, best man and maid of honor speeches, and the Father/Daughter dance, wedding guests were served scrumptious individual desserts including:
- Pineapple Coconut Snow Balls
- Chocolate Covered Pecan Bars
- Miniature Pineapple Upside Down Cakes
- Key Lime Pie Tarts
- Generous Selection of Gourmet Coffees and Teas
Karen Larson, Becky’s mother, praised the Sandman Gourmet Catering team for their professionalism, promptness and overall confidence. She was at ease during the entire planning process, and throughout the wedding day. While it is always imperative to please the bride and groom, a happy mother of the bride means a happy everyone!
