I just wanted to thank you again for helping make our daughter's wedding celebration a huge success. From our first meeting with you at the reception site to tasting the proposed food, you made excellent suggestions and options that we had not even considered and helped to make our concept unique. The challenging decisions were made fun and easy.
Your delivery and presentation of your food was certainly first class, from the great aromas coming from the open grill to the beautiful presentation of the food on the buffet and dessert tables. You and your professional staff of chefs and servers certainly made this part of the wedding reception not only look and taste fantastic but run smoothly as well.
We have received numerous compliments from our guests not only on how great the food tasted, but also how thoughtful the servers were. The appearance and attitude of your entire staff of chefs and servers was terrific. The staff not only did what was expected but went above and beyond to attend to our many needs in a quiet and unassuming manner. Your servers were very attentive to every detail from presentation of the food, to making the bride and groom feel very special, to helping our guests with special needs.
