Location: Little Bear Village Golf Club, Columbus Ohio
While we enjoy every wedding we cater, we had a special place in our hearts for the traditional Greek wedding of Allison & Artemis (we’re Greek too you know?!) The wedding catering followed the Greek tradition as well.
The cocktail hour started off with hors d’oeuvres including:
- Spanakopita
- Gourmet Cheese and Vegetable Display
- Greek Olives and Cheeses
We then served a lovely Greek dinner of:
- Tomato and Onion Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette
- Pan Seared Scallops served with Pancetta and Spinach
- Whole Roasted Lamb
- Roasted Vegetable and Orzo Pasta Salad
- Asparagus with Butter, Shallots, and Cracked Pepper
- Roasted Red Skin Potatoes with Fresh Herbs
We loved being a part of this special day and event for Allison, Artemis and their families!
