Rich Rores, President of Sandman Gourmet, is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University Culinary Institute of Rhode Island. He garnered valuable experience working in New York and Europe. Over time, he came to manage staffs of more than 200 in the hospitality, hotel and restaurant industries.

Dawn Rores, co-owner of Sandman Gourmet, graduated from the University of Dayton with a marketing degree. She worked for several years in the hospitality industry and as a corporate trainer for several national restaurant franchise companies.

After many years spent honing their skills, Rich and his wife, Dawn, decided it was time for The Sandman to share his passion for great food in their own personalized way. They started Sandman Gourmet several years ago and have already built a large and varied client list, including regulars at their delis, individuals who enjoy their personal chef services, corporate clients and executives.
